HV HIPOT’s 2021 year-end summary and commendation conference ended successfully

Work together to show the coming year. On the afternoon of January 24, 2022, HV Hipot’s 2021 year-end summary and commendation meeting was held in the company’s production workshop to summarize the work, commend the advanced, boost morale, and create new achievements! All staff of HV Hipot attended the meeting.

First, the heads of the marketing center, R&D and production, and logistics service departments of HV Hipot made a brief summary and analysis of the departmental work in 2021, and made a plan for the departmental work in 2022.

Then the general manager made a concluding speech, fully affirming the work achievements of each department in the past year. Facing the severe and complex market situation and the fierce competition environment, with the joint efforts of all the staff of HV Hipot, the performance has grown steadily and handed in an ideal answer sheet. At the same time, it also put forward ardent hopes and requirements for all departments, which made all staff more clear about the strategic goals and direction of the new year’s work, and inspired everyone’s confidence and fighting spirit to take the initiative to meet new challenges.

At the annual meeting, HV Hipot also commended and rewarded outstanding employees with outstanding performance in all aspects. In the round of applause, the commended personnel came to the stage to accept the award and delivered speeches respectively.

Next came the prize draw and interactive game sessions. Everyone laughed one after another, and the audience was always filled with a warm, festive and happy atmosphere.
