In order to effectively promote the resumption of work and production after the holiday, strengthen the safety red line awareness of all employees, and effectively prevent and resolve electrical safety risks, Wuhan HV HIPOT Electric Power Co., Ltd. recently organized the 2026 commencement course “Special Training on Electrical Safety Knowledge”, comprehensively building a safety defense line for production in the Year of the Horse.
This training was led by Mr. Tao from the company’s technical team. Based on the production characteristics of the electrical industry and the practical operation needs of the company’s positions, a systematic training system of “theory empowerment + case review + practical guidance” was established. The training content focused on four core modules: key points of electrical equipment inspection after the resumption of work, electrical operation safety regulations, identification and hierarchical control of on-site hazards, and emergency response to sudden accidents. It provided detailed explanations of key technical points such as the standardized use of insulation protection equipment, the approval process for temporary electricity use, and the verification standards for grounding systems, ensuring that the training content was seamlessly integrated with the actual production.
During the training process, based on typical electrical industry accident cases, a deep analysis was conducted from three dimensions: accident causes, violation links, and consequences. The training emphasized the potential safety hazards brought about by “empiricism” and ” mentality”, guiding the participants to deeply understand the importance of standardized operations. At the same time, in response to the problems that employees may encounter after the holiday, such as operational unfamiliarity and lack of concentration， the “five-step method of power disconnection – voltage check – grounding – hanging signs – locking” and the core principle of “one person operates， one person supervises” were restated. Detailed demonstrations were given of practical operation procedures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation for electric shock and initial firefighting for electrical fires, effectively enhancing the participants’ emergency response capabilities.
