Anti-interference Interference-Free Dielectric Loss Tester Manufacturer’s Test Feature Description

Anti-interference Interference-Free Dielectric Loss Tester Manufacturer’s Test Feature Description

Anti-interference Frequency-Shift Dielectric Loss Tester, used for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurement or laboratory precise dielectric loss measurement. The instrument is of an integrated structure, with built-in dielectric bridge, variable-frequency power supply, test transformer and standard capacitor, etc. The anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester adopts variable-frequency anti-interference and Fourier transform digital filtering technology, with fully automatic intelligent measurement. Measurement data is very stable under strong interference. The measurement results are displayed on a large-screen LCD, and a micro printer is included for printing output.

Performance characteristics of the anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester:

The anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester has positive/negative connection, internal/external standard capacitor, internal/external high voltage multiple working modes, an integrated structure, and can perform various conventional dielectric loss tests without the need for any external auxiliary equipment.

LCD display, menu operation, rich test data, automatically distinguishes capacitor, inductor, and resistance-type test samples, and comes with a micro printer that can print output.

It has an external standard capacitor interface. The dielectric loss tester can be externally connected with an oil cup for precise insulation oil dielectric loss test, with a solid material measurement electrode for precise insulation material dielectric loss test, or with a high-voltage standard capacitor for high-voltage dielectric loss test.

The anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester automatically identifies 50Hz/60Hz system power supply and supports generator power supply. Even with large frequency fluctuations, it can perform normal measurement.

It has two dielectric measurement models, series and parallel, for convenient instrument calibration.

It can store 255 sets of measurement data.

When measuring with CVT self-excitation method, C1/C2 can be measured simultaneously with one connection, and the dielectric loss tester automatically compensates for the influence of bus grounding and standard capacitor’s voltage division, without the need to change the connection or external accessories.

The anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester has a reverse connection low-voltage shielding function. In the case of 220kV CVT bus grounding, C11 can be measured without disconnecting the line with 10kV reverse connection dielectric loss measurement.

It has a computer interface. Through this interface, measurement, data processing and report output can be achieved, and the internal measurement software of the instrument can also be upgraded. It can be integrated into a comprehensive high-voltage test vehicle.

It is equipped with a thermal sensitive printer, making printing faster, noise-free and clear.

It adds a circuit contact poor discharge prompt function to facilitate the determination of whether the connection is reliable.

It enhances the reverse connection low-voltage shielding function, and the dielectric loss tester can simultaneously measure the capacitance and dielectric loss value of two capacitors with one connection.

The anti-interference frequency-shift dielectric loss tester adds the CVT ratio function, which can measure the CVT ratio and phase error.
