Test circuit connection of the intelligent insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device
(1) Power connection for the console:
A red two-core wire is connected to the 220V AC power supply.
(2) High-voltage cables of the control console:
A thick red wire is connected from the high-voltage output terminal of the control console to the main electrode connection point of the pressure-resistant plate.
(3) The high-voltage tail connection line of the control console
Six separate black wires are connected from the corresponding terminals on the control console to the terminals of the corresponding buckets on the pressure-resistant pallet truck.
(4) Ground wire of the control console
The ground of the console must be connected to the ground. Use a transparent wire with clips, with one end connected to the grounding terminal of the console and the other end connected to a reliable ground.
Interface display data explanation of the intelligent insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device
Dynamic display area: Continuously collects signals and displays high voltage, low current, and 6 leakage currents.
Result display section: If the current in the test does not exceed the upper limit, it will display the average high voltage, average low current, and 6 sets of average leakage current. If not, it will display the peak high voltage, peak low current, and 6 sets of peak leakage current.
Set the data area:
Set the parameter data required for the experiment
The output voltage is the target withstand voltage value for voltage boosting in the automatic withstand voltage mode.
The pressure resistance time refers to the duration of the pressure resistance process.
The leakage limit is the upper limit of the peak value of 6 leakage currents.
Low-voltage overcurrent refers to the upper limit of the peak value of low-voltage current.
Information display area: Displays the test status and warning messages during the test process.
Test operation area: Select the settings, conduct the test, and issue the zero return command.
Test Precautions for the Intelligent Insulating Boots and Gloves Voltage Withstand Test Equipment
1. Before turning on the power switch, the current adjustment knob should be turned counterclockwise to the “zero position”.
2. The intelligent insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated room without any corrosive gases.
3. Please do not attempt to disassemble, disintegrate or modify the instrument on your own. Doing so poses a risk of electric shock.
