Maintenance and troubleshooting of SF6 gas recovery device
The device and its surrounding environment should be kept clean at all times.
2. The device is composed of various machines and instruments. During transportation, it should be avoided from being jolted, collided with or tilted, in order to ensure the reliable operation of the device.
3. The SF6 gas recovery device has undergone a sealing test before leaving the factory. Due to various factors, it is necessary to conduct a sealing check regularly after it has been in operation for a certain period of time. The inspection method can be to use a leak detector to detect leaks at each connection point, or to apply leak detection liquid to the connection points for detection.
4. Vacuum Pump
① Every time the machine is powered on, check the oil level. The oil level should be within the range of 2/3 of the oil gauge.
② The vacuum pump should be inspected and maintained regularly. The exhaust valve can be inspected and repaired after 500 hours of use. After 2000 hours of use, the pump should be inspected. The vacuum pump should be promptly changed with new oil. The more frequently and promptly the new oil is replaced, the longer its service life will be and the higher the ultimate vacuum it can achieve.
③ If the vacuum pump emits abnormal exhaust sounds or experiences fluctuations in the oil level, it is necessary to promptly check whether the exhaust valve plates are loose, aged or damaged, and whether the valve seat gasket is properly sealed. Also, remove the debris, dirty oil and sediment from the oil tank to prevent a large amount of oil from entering, which could cause additional pressure and damage to the rotor, rotor blades and pump body.
5. SF6 compressor
Before starting the machine and during operation, the oil level should be checked. The optimal height on the right side is at the upper end of the 1/2 mark on the oil level gauge, and it must not be lower than the “low level line” on the gauge. If the oil level drops, additional oil should be added appropriately.
A compressor needs to undergo major maintenance after operating for 6000 hours.
6. Refrigeration unit
The maintenance of the compressor is the same as described above.
② Regularly check the pressure gauge to ensure that the high and low pressures are within the specified range.
③ Pay attention to whether there are any leaks or oil seepage at each connection point. The areas with oil seepage are often the leakage points. If such phenomena occur, please stop the machine immediately for inspection and handling. During the handling process, no open flames are allowed.
