Ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator protection and control device
Overvoltage protection test
Zero-rise voltage boosting is carried out. As the output voltage gradually rises to the set value for overvoltage protection, the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator should immediately act and cut off the high-voltage output control switch.
Overcurrent Protection Test
Zero-voltage boost operation causes the output current to gradually increase until it reaches the overcurrent protection setting value. At this point, the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator should immediately act and cut off the high-voltage output control switch.
Zero-start test
The high-pressure regulating device is placed at any position other than the zero position. The high-voltage output circuit of the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator will be automatically locked.
Discharge test
Under the specified working conditions, the high-voltage output terminal of the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator is connected to the load test specimen with the rated capacitance (such as a power capacitor). A discharge gap is paralleled across the两端 of the load test specimen to simulate the breakdown of the load test specimen. Zero-rise voltage boosting is performed to gradually increase the output voltage to the rated value. At the rated output voltage, the gap discharges 5 times, and the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator should operate normally.
Automatic discharge test
Under the specified working conditions, the high-voltage output terminal of the ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator is connected to the load test specimen (such as an electrical capacitor) with the rated capacitance. Zero-rise voltage boosting is performed to gradually increase the output voltage to the rated voltage. Then, the high-voltage output is turned off. The residual charges on the test specimen should be completely discharged within 5 seconds.
