Performing power frequency AC withstand voltage test on transformer windings using series resonance withstand voltage equipment
Operating Steps
1. Select a power source of the same voltage level according to the requirements of the series resonance withstand voltage equipment.
2. Connect the test leads according to the equipment wiring requirements, linking both ends of the winding under test to the high-voltage terminals of the test reactor. All other windings not involved in the test should have their terminals connected to the enclosure and reliably grounded.
Voltage may only be applied after all test personnel have left the high-voltage hazard area.
4. During the test, the test voltage applied to the specimen should be gradually increased from zero to the specified test voltage at a uniform rate. Once the required voltage is reached, it should be maintained for 1 minute, then rapidly reduced back to zero, the power supply disconnected, and detailed records made.
5. Fully discharge the test specimen to ground using a discharge rod, then remove the connecting leads.
6. Measure the insulation resistance of transformer windings.
Test Standard
Apply a 17 kV power frequency test voltage to the 6 kV dry-type transformer for 1 minute; current and voltage remain stable, with no flashover, discharge, or breakdown occurring.
2. There should be no significant difference in the insulation resistance measurement of transformer windings before and after voltage withstand testing.
Test Summary
The test is complete. Fill out the test report based on the test data, and determine whether the product quality meets the requirements by referring to the electrical equipment handover test standards and the product instruction manual.
All test data and results must comply with the standards for electrical equipment handover tests before power can be supplied and the transformer trial operation phase initiated.
After the equipment has completed the specified trial operation period and everything is functioning normally, a complete test report and other technical documents shall be provided to Party A.

Test personnel should carefully study the work instructions and be proficient in the relevant content to properly conduct technical and safety briefings.
