Special Instructions for the Use of the Fully Automatic Insulating Boot (Glove) Voltage Withstand Test Equipment
1. The fully automatic insulation boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device is a high-voltage instrument. Please read the manual carefully and conduct the test only under the guidance of personnel with knowledge of high-voltage operations.
2. Do not conduct any tests on the circuit breaker and the test box while they are charging. Doing so will cause the power ground to be connected to the circuit breaker or the test box, resulting in a breakdown of the equipment to ground.
3. During the glove test, do not pour water into the test chamber as it may damage the components inside the testing machine.
4. The fully automatic insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device outputs high voltage in a manner of automatic increase and automatic decrease. After the voltage reduction is complete, please turn off the power, remove the plug, and then you can replace the test sample.
5. The fully automatic insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device’s test transformer and test instruments all have high-voltage components. Please set up safety barriers and arrange for security personnel before conducting the test. The operation box is a safety section and can be operated with confidence.
6. Before the test, please check whether the grounding wire of the fully automatic insulation boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device is properly connected to the ground.
7. The high-pressure leakage indicator ammeter is only for calibration purposes and should not be used for extended periods of time.
8. If there is any malfunction with the fully automatic insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device, please contact our technicians by calling the number provided in the manual. Do not attempt to disassemble it on your own.
