The performance of the switch mechanical characteristic tester
Time: The inherent opening and closing times of 12 contacts, the same-phase synchronization [the synchronization difference between each phase (two contacts) of the six-contact circuit breaker], and the inter-phase synchronization (the synchronization difference between phases A, B, and C of the three-contact circuit breaker).
Closing resistance: The pre-activation time, pre-activation waveform and resistance value of the closing resistance at the break point.
Re-closing: The closing-opening time for each breaking section (the golden time [i.e., the metal shorting time, which refers to the time required for the contacts to close and separate from the second contact after the reclosing operation of the circuit breaker]), the opening-closing time (the no-current time [in the automatic reclosing process, during the opening operation of the switch, the time interval from the extinguishing of arcs in all poles to the first current passing through any pole after the subsequent closing]), the opening-closing-opening time: one closing time, one opening time, two opening times.
Trip and Jump: The closing bounce time for each break, the number of bounces, the bouncing process, and the bouncing waveform;
Speed: Initial separation speed, initial closing speed, maximum speed, time-travel characteristic curve. Reclosing with one operation at a time, one operation at a time, two operations at a time.
Procedure: Total travel, opening distance, overtravel (the distance that the moving or static contacts can move after the vacuum switch contacts are fully closed.), overshoot travel, rebound amplitude.
Current: The opening and closing current values of the opening and closing coils, as well as the current waveform diagrams.
Action voltage: The device provides a DC 30 – 250V/20A (instantaneous operation) digital adjustable circuit breaker action power supply. It automatically completes the low-voltage action test of the circuit breaker and measures the action voltage value of the circuit breaker.
