Transportation and storage of the DC resistance tester

Transportation and storage of the DC resistance tester

There are certain matters that need attention during the transportation and storage of power testing equipment. Experts from HV HIPOT provide an example to illustrate the transportation and storage of a product – the DC resistance tester.
1. Transportation
When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use our company’s instrument packaging wooden boxes and shock-absorbing items to prevent unnecessary damage during transportation and avoid causing any unnecessary losses to you.
When the equipment is not transported in wooden boxes, it is not allowed to be stacked or placed. When using the packaging boxes provided by our company, a maximum of two layers of stacking is permitted.
During transportation, the instrument panel should face upwards.
2. Storage
The equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, well-ventilated room without corrosive gases. Without wooden packaging, it is not allowed to be stacked or placed side by side.
When storing the equipment, the panel should face upwards. And items suitable for moisture prevention should be placed at the bottom of the equipment to prevent it from getting damp.
