What are the test items for the transformer in operation?

(1) Measure the insulation resistance, absorption ratio and DC resistance of the winding.
(2) Measure the leakage current and dielectric depletion factor of the winding together with the bushing.

(4) After the fault or when necessary, conduct the insulating oil test in the transformer and its bushing, and perform chromatographic analysis on the dissolved gas in the oil.
(5) Check the oil purifier in operation and the inspection test of the cooling device.
(6) Infrared thermal image detection.
(7) Core insulation resistance.
(8) Check the on-load tap-changer.
After the transformer outlet is short-circuited, it should be combined with oil chromatography analysis, winding deformation test and other routine inspection test items for combined analysis. For transformers whose windings are found to be seriously deformed, the hood should be inspected and repaired as soon as possible to prevent insulation accidents caused by the accumulation of winding deformation, and it is forbidden to blindly put into operation without inspection.
