The transformer PD on-line monitoring system is suitable for on-line and off-line monitoring of partial discharge of transformer bushings with voltage levels of 110kV and above. The transformer bushing partial discharge online monitoring system developed by combining digital signal processing technology and virtual instrument technology is used for the inspection of transformer bushings of 110KV and above, and can store the test spectrum of each phase transformer bushing and conduct trend analysis, so as to timely Find out the insulation defects of the transformer bushing, and provide the criterion for evaluating the insulation level and aging degree, and provide the basis for the maintenance work of the transformer.

The minimum measurement discharge amplitude of this system: 20mV (on-site), the frequency range is 200kHz ~ 300MHz, the time resolution of the discharge pulse is 10μs, and the phase resolution is 0.18°.

The system provides 50 power frequency cycle discharge diagram, two-dimensional (q-φ, N-φ, N-q), three-dimensional (N-q-φ) spectrum, which can be used to analyze the type of discharge.

The database constructed by MySQL can record the measurement phase sequence, discharge amount, discharge phase, measurement time and other related parameters

As well as equipment parameters such as transformer bushing model, measurement location, etc., it can provide discharge trend graphs and have early warning and alarm functions, and can query, delete, and backup the database.

The system adopts comprehensive anti-interference measures such as digital filtering and setting dynamic thresholds, and the test data is true and reliable.
