Recently, Chongqing Oilfield officially purchased our company’s GDPD-IS integrated partial discharge and withstand voltage test equipment. To ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, our technical staff specially went to the project site to complete the equipment debugging, practical operation teaching and other complete on-site services, helping to efficiently carry out the safety inspection work of the oilfield’s electrical equipment.
The operation conditions of the electrical equipment in oil fields are highly complex, demanding extremely high standards for the stability, accuracy and safety of the detection equipment. The integrated test equipment delivered this time has a high degree of integration, is easy to operate and convenient to move, and does not require complex wiring. The equipment can accurately detect insulation hazards of the equipment and is equipped with multiple safety protection functions, which can perfectly adapt to daily inspection, equipment detection and fault troubleshooting in oil fields, and is highly practical and adaptable.
After arriving at the site, the technicians completed the equipment installation, parameter calibration and overall machine debugging. They strictly verified all performance indicators to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the accuracy of the detection data. At the same time, they provided one-on-one specialized training for the on-site operation staff, explaining the equipment operation procedures, test points, data interpretation, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance precautions in a simple and understandable manner. During the training process, the technicians answered questions on the spot and guided them, helping all personnel quickly and proficiently master the complete set of operation skills and fully possess the ability to work independently.
