Recently, the SF₆ gas vacuum pumping device customized by our company for a certain professional power equipment manufacturer in Changzhou has successfully completed on-site installation, commissioning and acceptance. All performance indicators of the equipment have met the standards and it has been officially put into production trial use.
The vacuum treatment of SF₆ high-voltage electrical equipment is a crucial part of the product’s factory test, directly determining the insulation performance and operational reliability of the switchgear. This cooperation partner has been deeply engaged in the research and manufacturing of power equipment and has strict process standards for the stability of the test equipment, the vacuum pumping efficiency, and the degree of automation.
During the delivery period, our technical engineers arrived at the customer’s factory and carried out a series of tasks in strict accordance with the standard procedures, including equipment positioning, pipeline connection, electrical wiring, and overall machine linkage debugging. They also cooperated with the customer to conduct multiple simulation condition tests throughout the process. The equipment features fast pumping speed, precise vacuum control, simple operation, and low operating noise. It can efficiently complete the vacuum pumping operations for high-voltage equipment such as GIS and circuit breakers, meeting the requirements of batch production and type tests for enterprises.
From the initial scheme communication, equipment production and manufacturing, to on-site installation and commissioning, as well as practical operation training, HV HIPOT has always prioritized customer needs and provided integrated complete set test solutions.
