Recently, HV HIPOT Electric Co., Ltd. successfully completed the entire process of supplying, installing, commissioning and practical operation training for the complete set of safety equipment test equipment from Guangdong Quality Inspection Institute. The project was successfully accepted and implemented, providing solid hardware and technical support for the standardized and intelligent detection of power safety equipment by the client.
The Guangdong Quality Inspection Institute, as an authoritative and professional testing institution, has extremely high requirements for the accuracy, stability and compliance of power equipment testing equipment. In this project, our company provided a complete set of integrated test equipment for them, including the GDAG safety equipment measurement and control platform, GDJS-8A insulating glove test electrode device, GDJS-8X insulating boot test electrode device, GDSJ-40 insulating glove electrically air-dried drying device, GDJ-100D insulating rod multi-category withstand voltage test electrode device, HVAD-A-100KV phase comparator action voltage test device, etc. The complete set of core equipment meets the client’s needs for all categories of detection.
The entire set of equipment can complete the withstand voltage test, action voltage calibration, and air-drying and drying of power safety equipment such as insulating gloves, insulating boots, insulating rods, testers, phase comparators, and insulating clamps in one step. The integrated integrated design overcomes the drawbacks of traditional equipment being scattered, operation being cumbersome, and detection efficiency being low, significantly improving the standardization, accuracy and operation efficiency of the detection work.
During the implementation of the project, our technical team strictly adhered to industry standards and quality inspection norms, efficiently completing equipment installation, system commissioning, parameter calibration and other tasks. At the same time, for key contents such as equipment practical operation, test process, daily operation and maintenance, and basic fault troubleshooting, we provided exclusive practical operation training for the client to help staff quickly get started and ensure the long-term stable and compliant operation of the equipment.
