The dew point measurement is based on the principle of chilled mirror. The water vapor in the measured gas is condensed into water or frost on the mirror surface through semiconductor cold reactor cooling. When the two-phase equilibrium of water in the gas is reached, the temperature of the mirror surface is measured at this time, that is the dew point or frost point.
Compared with other forms of dew point meter, the chilled mirror dew point meter measures the dew point temperature more accurately, and at the same time has the characteristics of good measurement repeatability, stable and reliable measurement results, and easy operation.
