Pinpoint mode
1. Peak Arrow Mode: The preferred mode for pipeline detection. It integrates compass navigation, left-right orientation and pipeline indication, keep high positioning accuracy and suitable for pipelines with shallow burial depth.
2. Peak Mode: Provides signal peak indication with compass display of pipeline routing, applicable for conventional pipeline location.
3. Broad Peak Mode: Suitable for detecting deeply buried pipelines.
4. Valley Mode: Adopts null-point positioning logic, which can be used to verify pipeline positions as a cross-check.
5. Environment Sensing Function: Scans on-site electromagnetic interference before detection, automatically analyzes interference intensity across all frequency bands, and recommends the best operating frequency for operators.
6. Supports historical curve interface and 70% depth measurement interface. Operators can view signal waveforms intuitively to help identify signal distortion and improve measurement reliability in complex environments.
Hardware and display
1. Industrial LCD screen supporting multiple display interfaces, suitable for field observation outdoors.
2. Built-in gyroscope attitude detection with swing alarm function: when the receiver tilts beyond the threshold, vibration and on-screen pop-up alerts will be triggered to remind operators to keep the receiver perpendicular to the ground, reducing manual errors in positioning and depth measurement.
3. Bluetooth 5.2 communication module, supporting wireless connection with mobile terminals for real-time synchronization and export of detection data.(just for China now)
4. Built-in multi-constellation GNSS positioning module, compatible with BDS, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and other satellite systems, capable of recording longitude and latitude coordinates of detection points synchronously.
5. Built-in device information query function to view equipment SN serial number and software/hardware version information, facilitating equipment management and technical support.
Frequency Configuration
The unit comes with 16 built-in operating frequencies covering low to high frequency ranges. Users can custom-manage frequently used frequencies and configure a frequency list for cyclic switching on site.
Transmitter
• Output modes: direct connection output, induction output, clamp coupling output, the device automatically identifies and switches the operating mode upon connection of a peripheral.
• Passive detection mode: Operates without a transmitter, utilizing on-site 50/60 Hz power frequency signals and radio frequency (RF) signals to rapidly scan for and locate buried underground pipelines.
• Adjustable output power with multiple levels; the screen displays output frequency, output current, loop resistance, battery level, and a high-voltage warning indicator in real time.
• Supports multiple sets of operating frequencies respectively under direct connection, clamp and induction modes to meet detection requirements for various pipeline site conditions.
• Induction mode: Supports high-frequency signal output; suitable for non-contact signal coupling detection when direct contact with the pipeline is not possible.
• Clamp Mode: Coupled detection can be performed on de-energized cables and some live cables. It does not disrupt the original connections of pipelines, suitable for working scenarios where direct connection is unavailable.
• Direct Connection Mode: Features high signal output strength and optimal pipeline coupling effect. It can read loop resistance and output voltage in real time to assist in evaluating pipeline earthing and loop quality.
• Equipped with an output signal strength indicator bar to intuitively reflect the working status of the on-site loop; when the grounding condition is poor, it helps operators assess and optimize the grounding setup.
• Supports settings for the display backlight and speaker audio, adapting to various on-site lighting and noise conditions.
• It is powered by a dedicated lithium battery pack and features built-in energy-saving control logic, effectively reducing overall power consumption and extending the runtime for field operations.
