Insulation: Insulation resistance is measured by insulation resistance tester (below 10000V) or insulation gauge (below 2500V), because the test voltage is relatively low, so many insulation defects are not easy to be found.
Insulation test because of the low voltage test, it is not easy to damage the test equipment; Due to the high test voltage, the voltage test is easy to damage the tested equipment during the pressure, especially in some cases, although the voltage test has passed, it has caused damage to the tested equipment, and the test personnel will use a low voltage insulation test to test the insulation of the tested equipment after the voltage test. Withstand voltage: withstand voltage test The test voltage is high, it is easy to find the insulation defects of high voltage equipment.
Under the influence of some unfavorable factors, the power equipment is more prone to unpredictable failures, and the serious ones will lead to the interruption of power operation.
