General Information

GMDL-02A high-voltage circuit breaker simulation device is manufactured using the principles of large-scale field programmable gate arrays, power electronic devices with protection, etc.

The open coil is designed according to an independent loop, which can simulate the three-phase and split-phase operation of the voltage level of 6-110KV. The action behavior of the single open coil circuit breaker is suitable for the selection of power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes, professional colleges, and protection manufacturers.

It is used as a substitute for actual circuit breakers in the transmission test of the entire system of relay protection and automatic devices with switches.

The action is accurate, reliable, and the number of actions is not limited, which can greatly improve the accuracy and completeness of the test, minimize the number of actions of the actual circuit breaker, and increase the service life. 20ms, 30ms, 40 ms, 50 ms, 60 ms, 70 ms, 90 ms, 110 ms, the error does not exceed ±5ms 40 ms, 60 ms, 80 ms, 100 ms, 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms, 500 ms, the error does not exceed ±5ms, (when 500ms, the error does not exceed ±20ms).
open and closing current open resistor selection: ∞Ω, 100Ω, 200Ω, 400Ω
Closing resistance selection: ∞Ω, 100Ω, 200Ω, 400Ω
The opening and closing current is automatically cut off by the time of opening and closing.
Manual opening and closing When the high-voltage circuit breaker simulation device is operated through the “manual close” and “manual open” buttons on the panel, the high-voltage circuit breaker simulation device is opened, and no current flows in the closing coil.
Breaker failure When the circuit breaker failure button is pressed, the circuit breaker does not operate, the opening and closing currents are delayed after 1s and then disconnected, and the current state is restored after another 20s.

Circuit breaker position output contact: 12 pairs of circuit breaker position output contacts, independent of each other.  Divided into two groups, corresponding to the circuit breaker open coil.
Hand close, hand jump contact: The hand-close and hand-jump buttons each have a pair of synchronous output normally open contacts. When the hand close and hand jump buttons are pressed, the contact is connected. Among them, the hand-closed contact is self-maintained after the action, and reset by the hand-jump button. When the hand-jump button is released, the hand-jump contact will return with a delay of 60ms.
