Automatic mode:

 19inch integrated industrial computer, with programmable controller PLC automation control.

HV voltage, HV current, LV voltage, LV current are collected isolate and synchronously, with high-precision sensor and high-performance collection chip.

The human-machine interface uses wireless mouse, keyboard operation, intelligent work process, automatic mode and manual mode for option.

 HV voltage, HV current, LV voltage, LV current, time, withstanding results and the HV curve dynamic can be displayed, clear and obvious.

With over-voltage, over-current protection, and flashing protection. Set the output voltage, HV current upper limit, time and LV current protection (hardware has been set).

 Supports intelligent control of the boost speed, and the voltage can be adjusted at speeds of 0.1kV/s, 0.2kV/s, 0.5kV/s, 1.0kV/s, 2.0kV/s, and 3.0kV/s, allowing users to choose freely.

 Zero-starting function. Test can be proceeded after the voltage is back to zero.

 Local storage. It has USB port to export data to USB disk.

• When setting voltage is arrived, it will be timing automatically. After timing, voltage will be back to zero.

When the LV current is over setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. When the HV current is over setting value, the test object will be cut off by HV close/open device (automatic HV meter is optional for monitoring and tripping). When test continues and the flash-over setting value is exceeded, the voltage will be cut off automatically and back to zero.

 Anti-interference design, adapting to the harsh electromagnetic environment.

 Automatic error diagnosis, easy to discover and solve problems, with simple and convenient maintenance.

 Monitoring functions: High voltage, low voltage, high voltage current, zero position indicator, power indicator, operating indicator, timing indicator.

 

Manual mode

 Protection functions: Over-current protection, zero-position start protection, sound and light alarm reminder.

Adopt new time relay, wider timing range (1S~99H).

 Adopt new current relay, more accurate and reliable, ensuring personal and equipment safety.

 Support manual control of the boost speed, which can be adjusted via the speed control knob on the panel.

 Manual/automatic mode is two independent operating systems, which are backup for each other; they can be operated independently in any mode, and each control system will not be affected by each other when a failure occurs.
