Brief Description:

This machine includes an SF6 compressor, a vacuum pump, a vacuum system with an anti-oil return device, a liquid storage tank, a purification system with a built-in regenerative dryer filter, a dust filter, a ball valve, a vacuum gauge, and auxiliary facilities such as electrical control, pressure detection, thermometer and alarm devices, and control and instrument panel.

It is suitable for SF6 electrical equipment, GIS manufacturer and institute.

(In winter, the vacuum pump oil condenses at low temperatures, so the vacuum pump will make a loud noise due to dry friction for a period of time after it is turned on. The noise will return to normal after the oil temperature returns to normal.)
