General Information

At present, the UHV voltage level of 110KV and above uses SF6 gas-insulated enclosed GIS as the main primary equipment of the substation, the evaluation of GIS internal insulation status is mainly achieved by partial discharge detection method and SF6 gas chemical analysis method at home and abroad. When partial discharge occurs in the early stage of insulation degradation inside the GIS, it will cause serious safety hazards to its safe operation. The detection methods of partial discharge mainly include three methods: ultra-high frequency partial discharge test, ultrasonic partial discharge test, and chemical detection of SF6 gas composition. At present, there are separate devices for these types of test methods on the market. For on-site GIS partial discharge live detection, two professional technicians in electrical and chemistry are required to carry multiple equipments at the same time to carry out partial discharge and SF6 gas detection, both flexibility and timeliness are too poor. In view of the current situation of partial discharge detection in GIS, HV HIPOT company introduced the international advanced technology to develop SF6 electrical insulation state comprehensive analyzer. The combination of UHF method, ultrasonic method and SF6 gas analysis in one equipment can improve the detection efficiency and judgment method of partial discharge defects in GIS equipment, and improve the accuracy of partial discharge judgment, provide reliable technical support for maintenance decision.

In addition to the SF6 gas analysis part, the SF6 electrical insulation state comprehensive analyzer also integrates partial discharge detection technology. Operators can use the partial discharge detection equipment to conduct preliminary partial discharge test and inspection on the tested electrical equipment. Once the electrical equipment is found to be suspected of partial discharge insulation failure, the SF6 gas analysis part can be used immediately to conduct SF6 gas sampling, physical and chemical analysis. The insulation condition of the tested object can be determined by querying the corresponding national standards through the physical and chemical analysis results. At the same time, SF6 gas analysis and partial discharge test can be carried out simultaneously. By synthesizing the data of physical quantity and chemical quantity, we can more accurately judge the insulation condition and fault cause of electrical equipment.

The main advantage of the SF6 electrical insulation status comprehensive analyzer is that it can comprehensively determine the insulation status of electrical equipment through the two results of partial discharge and SF6 gas physical and chemical analysis, and can determine the operating status of electrical equipment more quickly and accurately. Partial discharge analysis software based on ARM embedded system, display software based on windows system.
The software system judges the discharge energy and location according to the detection data, and can display the PRPS and PRPD maps, ellipse diagrams, discharge rate maps, QT maps, NT maps, PRPD cumulative maps, ϕ-Q-N maps of each signal channel, and can display PD signal amplitude and pulse number of each signal channel . And all the data can be stored real-time.
A data acquisition host can simultaneously configure 4 channels of the same or different sensors, and can simultaneously collect and analyze 4 channels of signals.
Self-developed high-speed sampling board, 4-channel synchronous data acquisition, signal processing, feature parameter extraction, data can be sent to the handheld terminal by wire and wireless.
